i think the main reason why nobdoy rlly talks about eman is because everyone in the "solid stat spread" category has a perk that is constant, however eman is perkless after the hit. and also some people just forget about her stealth increase LOL

Yeah, Elizabeth is pretty much perkless once she gets downed but she makes up for it by having the highest speed in the game and decent stamina. Eman only has decent stats but once she gets hit she becomes perkless like Elizabeth. Perhaps a small buff like giving a speed increase when you get hit.
