WHY ENGINE DERATE CAN HAPPEN, HOW TO SOLVE IT?

Engine derate occurs because the engine ECM reduces the amount of fuel that is sprayed into the cylinders to keep the exhaust temperature from being too high. In the 994F wheel loader there are three causes of engine derate:
Exhaust Temperature, Altitude Compensation, and Air Filter Restriction.

Ijin tanya pak . Mesin saya CAT 3126 HEUI . Saat mesin dipakai lama .mesin tiba2 jadi ngayun . Harus di matikan dlu dan tunggu beberapa saat kemudian mesin dihidupkan lagi baru normal .seperti butuh pendinginan. Kira2 apa yg rusak ya.. terimakasih

Penurunan power yang dihasilkan oleh engine ketika ECM membaca ada permasalahan pada engine sistem. Misalkan temperature gas buang terlalu tinggi atau air filter tersumbat.
