I liked the way DBA is explained here. Thank you for taking the time.

I am currently enrolling for my DBA in the Philippines. I am excited to start and ready to write many research papers to empower humans and solve global business problems

Do you need managerial experience to do the DBA?

I'm considering moving to the PHI. I'd like to see how my DBA would serve as an asset there.

Womens rights 😂 like their right to get the laundry done? Or dinner fixed? Or douche that skank hole? Yep, they need those rights! ✊

ADVICE PLEASE...!!! I am now fully retired, in my late 50s, totally unencumbered, financially independent and earned my MBA ~30 years ago. I have over 30 years in the same career field with the US Government (Procurement, Contracting and Acquisitions). NOTE: I have ZERO plans of ever returning to work...!!! However, I have always held a desire to earn a doctorate (DBA). Now that I have the means, the time, I am considering going for it. BUT, my wife and our adult children (who all have their Masters'), think it would be a complete waste of time, effort and money for me to pursue at this stage of my life. On one hand I see their point, but on the other hand it has been a personal 'goal' for decades. Other than personal satisfaction, there are zero additional benefits for me to achieve this goal. Your thoughts?

If you have capital and with your age you could probably spend that money on alternatives to increase your profile and network such as writing a book or hiring advertisers to build a brand.

If money is not an issue, get the DBA. It’s important to have and accomplish goals in life. Also, getting a masters can be argued to be a “waste of time” as well.

Many people write English okay. I don't think it's a bad idea for grow business curricula.

Just don't. The graduates cannot, repeat cannot call themselves doctors.

What do you mean? A DBA is a doctoral program. They certainly can use the title of Dr. Though hopefully that isn’t the primary reason they enroll in a DBA program.

The graduates can, I repeat CAN and do call themselves doctors.
