I never understood why box sets are more. I got stuck with the "Swing Era" and couldn't gift it away. I've seen lots of JC Riley HV PTA. It's got a lot of diff versions. It was also a movie.

Thanks for the clarification on JC Riley - Harper Valley PTA. Now it's all coming back to me. As far as the box sets, I stopped buying those awhile back for the same reason. Reselling box sets (unless it's the Beatles or a popular rock-blues-jazz band) is hard to do, so I only buy them if I'm happy to keep them. Thanks!

Last comment, I promise -- OMG, you found The Chieftains! Yes, they're Irish, international legends. They've recorded with everybody besides doing their own albums. Paddy Moloney, their unofficial leader, died the other year, which adds to the cult status of their work.

Always pull the soundtracks and look them up after you get done cruising the sale. Some of them can be worth $$$. And I would get a go-pro so you can look through them quicker but that's just me

Estates sales near me they are charging $10 per album.
