Yes it's absolutely 💯 sabhi ñe exercise karni chahiye mostly women ne jaruri hai karni chahiye hamri body ke harmons change hote rahte hai so daily at least 30 minutes to karni hi chiye health ke bhut hi jada jaruri hai because I have experience about this Ghar par bhi kar skhte hai jarur nhi hai ki gym hi jao. Thank you ma'am for suggestions and bhaiya ❤🙌😍. I saw every video about health jo ma'am ne bataya hai 🥰.
