Sadly I relate to all of these. The jealously is really scary. I've lost friends, my best friends, constant battles with bosses and my ex wife all because they eventually became envious that I was self sufficient and didn't need them for validation. They get annoyed when you give them the old INFJ door slam and they don't mean anything to you anymore. Anything they say just bounces off. Once toxic people know that they can't get to you that way, they will try 'reactive abuse'. This is where you beat a wolf so much it bites so you can call it evil. They will resort to any tactics to get you to flip out and react and then say you are the bad guy because of those incidents. I have a photographic memory too so I remember everything that people say and know when they are lying. It's now that I'm 31, I just give up. I am happy with myself and make myself laugh and have a great time. I'm happy to help and be with people but if you take my good nature for advantage; I'll listen, speak my mind and then go. I have made perfectly normal people turn against me.

As noted on the Wonderopolis webpage, some researchers now believe that your genes might play a critical role in determining whether you focus on the positive or the negative. In fact, recent studies have shown that there is a genetic component to whether one tends to be an optimist or a pessimist. Even if you're genetically predisposed to look at the negative side of things, you can be more optimistic with some practice. Every negative situation presents the opportunity to view it in a different light. With a little effort, it's possible to choose to take life's lemons and make lemonade!

Firstly, how do you people who write about sigma infj s know so much about me? Secondly, i also trust my instinct / intuition more and more as i work on my spirituality. Thirdly, i feel sorry for jealous people or people showing these low vibrations. As an empath, super empath, i take on tge low vibrations quickly, and because i m working on my spirituality, my chakras are open, so my energy drains quickly. To protect myself i try not to engage and stay quiet and !eave.

Ok, yeah, I can agree with the content of this video. This is excellent information for an INFJ to have, and the sooner the better. No need to spend years struggling to figure things out when some good information can save a lot of angst. One quibble though: I'm not entirely comfortable with the term "Sigma". I've seen some Sigma based videos that give a 007 flavor to this type of INFJ. For that reason, I prefer the term of mature INFJ. This means that we have gotten past the idea of fitting into the extravert's world view. It is understandable to understand why this is a problem, because the world is built on extravert assumptions, and it may take a while to realize that we have a different idea, and that introverted thinking is a real thing. Once we understand who we are and how we roll, then everything can change. We don't "win" by beating others at their own games. We win by not playing the games that people play, and simply doing our own thing. That WILL make others jealous and resentful but, understanding what and why that is happening will help INFJs to stay out of such dramas. That is the secret to inner serenity. The clearest guide I have found is the Serenity Prayer. It goes: Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can't change. (Other people, places and things.) The courage to change the things I can. (My own thinking and errors.) and the wisdom to know the difference. We get that from each other, particularly good You Tube channels for INFJs, like this one.

Never understood what jealousy was until recently, because I feel the weight of words and this one was absent of emotion. But from what I can understand currently, people who are jealous feel in some way lack, this lack can go either way, it can empower you to achieve the same thing yourself or make you bitter. Most people "sorry brothers and sisters" fall into the other side, the other side is the flesh or giving in to the first thought and emotion which is always negative. This negativity expresses itself in different ways and its effect is a coverup of the absolute truth, yet they try to convey their emotion but with lies, spoken or by action.

Never would I have thought that others can be jealous 😲 I thought they were just dismissive and indifferent. I do care about what others think about me and their attempts at invalidating me hurt. However, if what they say or do is detrimental to me or others, I do speak up and do the right thing, being perfectly aware of the costs (losing jobs, losing friends, whatever that might be). If I don’t do it- if YOU- don’t do it, who will? Nobody, therefore nothing will ever change. It’s true that- for what I know- nothing changed, but at least I’ve done my duty to me and others. And, sometimes, I found out that things DID change unbeknownst to me. So, dare to challenge if challenge is the only option left to right wrongs.

I’m a single mother working in a nursing field ,later move out of country doing my business as a career later I’ll found out your own families talk behind your back and keep calling me to return back to them I’ll refuse all their saying I’ve been helping enough my families to settle down and helping them in their daily struggle whatever small or big I don’t complaints I’ll just do it without asking or arguing . But my families retaliated and false accuse the things I’ve never done to them it’s painful to find out that they turn out like this . But who cares my life and children are priorities and they can said whatever they dislike about me I’m done with them . I love them and care about my families but enough they don’t determine my destiny 🥰🙏🏻🌏

Because of my husband & his family betrayed me & my 3 children, & its closed for 5 years until have 3 child again, I realised that I was infj that turn into sigma infj now 💪 . This really clears things up, i took the test on 3 different occasions and the results were INFJ. however it's recently changed to INTJ which made me wonder where i stand, because I don't seem to fit into the INFJ spectrum cause;i don't necessarily make helping people my life's work, I don't get overly emotional with people yet exude other INFJ traits,and since INFJ & INTJ are kinda similar in some ways i concluded that i was definitely an INTJ but that didn't sound right as well considering that I'm not a cold-hearted dick. Now i feel somewhat relieved

if you are male, you may feel less inclined with helping people but still want good outcomes. So what was it finally, INFJ or INTJ ? One of my brothers is INTJ and yes, he keeps his emotions under check. He is very efficient and driven. If you are not a cold hearted dick you may be a healthy INTJ or indeed an INFJ

it looks like I am not an INFJ after watching this video. and just because of these reasons I usually check my MBTI after certain period of time but still I am an INFJ .but for me personally there are many things which I don't agree for myself, like not sacrificing comfort for someone ( what if someone's future depend on that small thing). second I don't think relationships are just distraction , I also have trust issues and other things like INFJ but I strongly believe there is really someone who is made for you in this world , and if you are not satisfied with current partner , then you haven't met THE ONLY ONE person . sometimes because of many unmatched reasons I feel like I am not an INFJ , its just I have social anxiety, and also i overthink but stupid things only , I am not intelligent ( as rumors) I am average according to me. I actually feel lonely because of my social anxiety . I don't like someone around me after a certain period of time but when they left I feel lonely and feels unsatisfied because of loosing opportunity to enjoy life. sometimes I feel depressed because I literally have no one whom with I can share my feeling even though I have friends and I enjoy their company but I don't feel like to share my feelings with them( they are completely different from me)

I find that attracting, dating and taming a wild child ENTP tomboy (so easy to do as an INFJ since we are so compatible), she gladly helps her INFJ man to earn tons of sigma points. I don't see other's as being jealousy of me, my ego isn't that big. However, since INFJs are constantly growing and maturing, that people get envious and don't like it when their INFJ friend or INFJ family member starts to out grow them. Envy is the gatekeeper that opens up more sins. The opposite of envy is gratitude...I know as an INFJ, that I am grateful in many ways.

I deal with jealous people by ignoring them and going about my day. I've had people get so jealous of me, and so reactive to my non-reactiveness, they've literally been kicked out of their homes. I even had one guy tell me that I was the daughter of Satan, and that he needed to pray every day to Jesus, so he wouldn't be tempted to text me. And he wasn't the last person to call me that, either.
