Why Everyone Hates Sakura Haruno

Sakura Haruno, one of the Naruto Fanbase’s most despised ninjas. Dating all the way back to the beginning of her days at the academy she has been known for being annoying,boy crazy, not having any sort of goal or aspiration, and just overall being useless. There’s a reason why the fanbase gives her so much slack and honestly I have to agree with the fan base. She just sucks and today I wanted to give all the reasons why I think everyone gives her the hate she gets. So with that being said let’s hop right into it.

She has a reason to have dedication to him at that point int he story. no one has taught her anything at that point except for tree walking and left her behind. She has rational fears of a child

In hindsight it's probably for the best, Naruto is settled with someone who cares about his human qualities while Sakura, for her desperate desire and cold put downs, quickly found out that being with Sasuke is no rose garden and that she's going to be stuck waiting for him while he goes globetrotting. And that's the difference between both pairings, Naruto and Hinata understand one another while Sakura and Sasuke are like strangers walking in and out of each other's lives with only Sarada keeping them from falling apart.

Well sakura did try to search for sasuke alone after naruto failed but stoped by jiraya and naruto and then the three went on a mission And in that mission sakura knew she was worthless crying and getting knocked down ez and she was full of self hatred And after that she trained medical ninjutsu and was also trained to fight you can actualy see her doin training during narutos missions, main story and fillers. And the reason she fought sasori is because she didnt had a choice maybe Medical ninjas in teams dont really fight unless maybe if its necessary and if you mastered 100 healings and stuff stated by tsunade. The scene I've hardly seen people talk about is the one where Sasuke was leaving Konoha and Sakura followed him and tried to stop him. Let's talk about that. She didnot do it coz she cared about what's gonna happen to Sasuke in Orochimaru's custody, what she cared about is her die hard crush is leaving the villiage, her only motivation to go on those missions with Team7 with zero effort of improvement is leaving the village. She tried to stop him for her own selfish sake, coz she wanted to be with him. Who the fuck confesses love at a time like that? Sakura’s obsession with Sasuke butchers her character’s redeeming qualities in Parts 1 and 2. Every single time it seems as though her character is actually undergoing growth, and she happens to see Sasuke, that growth evaporates. Kishimoto got better at avoiding this as the series went on, but at the end of the war arc he reverted right back to his old way of writing Sakura. Even if some people somehow like her relationship with Sasuke, I don’t understand how they can justify to themselves with mental gymnastics the fact that Sasuke not going home to see his family for ELEVAN YEARS is a perfectly fine thing. That is actually insane to me. How is Sakura not knowing if her own husband wears glasses, cute? How is Sasuke not knowing what his literal child looks like, cute? How is Sakura’s only recollection of a date with her husband being a 2 minute long ordeal even remotely wholesome? And all of that is in Boruto, where you’d assume the issues with their relationship would be fixed via retcons! I mean, people are so starved for affection within that relationship, Sasuke merely calling her his wife is grounds for a “moment” to some people. It’s a shame really. Sakura had the single most potential out of all female characters, and Kishimoto squandered it by having a female character be so tremendously influenced by a male one, yet again.

Sasuke called Sakura and Naruto dear to him and thought of family when he thought of them. Yeah i know that NH is genjutsu developed, but SS, NS, team 7 they all have development. In every databook relationship chart its been said that Naruto loves Sakura and in the first 2 ones(those who are about part 1 and described the most important scene from the manga) from Sasuke to Sakura was about how Sakura filled his lonely existence with the emotion called love, that she is precious to him and he would kill for her. SasuNaru its always been a brotp and NEVER a romantic one, they always called each other best friends and Naruto and Sasuke blushed at Sakura from in chapter 3 and 4. And before somebody says that Sasuke never blushed go and search on google: sasuke blushes. Also when Kishimoto drew Sakuras first confession, he said that he thought that they were already lovers and he cried when Sakura did cry. This was his responce to the no 1 best scene in the 2nd databook, which was the confession. Just for the record the databooks are canon.

I hate that she keeps hitting naruto, just for laughs. It annoyed me and made me dislike her, then she began bragging and only loves sasuke for his looks. She has super strength and can heal but tsunada can do the same. She has nothing that makes her different from tsunada, only that she is stronger. I hate how she does nothing and only marries sasuke for his looks, i hate everything about her because she has nothing new to bring to the table.
