I think that, in his prime, if JF would have taken a year off to just focus on Deadlift, he would have been able to do 505 KG

Mitch Hooper has sailed to the top quickly. And no doubt be is great. And a proud Canadian. But Caron is somebody who makes me feel like a proud Canadian. It's his years of performance not just being a good competitor but a good guy. That's a lot.

Absolute beast, miss JF. Good athlete, good human. Hated what happened to him, i remember watching it live. Knew his career at the top level was done right at that moment. He's still doing a lot for the sport, putting on his shows in Canada and such.
