I personally play garou just because I love the character in opm both anime and manga. Garou also made me love martial arts and motivated me to practise them irl. I'm a casual tsb player with over 20k kills and whenever some random tryhard yells at me that I'm bad with garou or fake 20k and that kind of stuff, I just think: "Nah, the community ruined the character". The fact that by playing garou casually and not intense tryharding makes you to look "bad" says so much about this silly community.

Im a saitama main, and if i had to rank every character in terms of skill (No bias trust) I'd go from most to least-Saitama-Metal Bat(Hear me out I'll explain in a sec)-Garou-Atomic Samurai(You could swap him and Garou if you pleased)-Suiryu-Genos-Sonic-Tatsumaki. Metal Bat is that high up because anyone can pick him up and kill any old chump, but if you wanna kill someone with more than 5k kills with him, you need to be, REALLY, good with your movement and timing. BUT ranking them based off how fun they feel to play for me, I'd go Saitama-Martial Artist-Metal Bat-Sonic-Genos-Tatsumaki-Garou-Atomic Samurai, Garou to me just doesn't feel fun unless I'm doing well, like I can do terrible as Saitama but still have fun because whilst doing BAD as Saitama you can still compete with the opponent, but Garou's definition of doing bad is not hitting anything, and his definition of doing good is hitting everything, he lacks a middle ground that other characters have because decent garou play is just you losing but not as hard. You lose as Garou unless you hit every or almost every combo you attempt. I don't want to feel restrained to using the same easy combos just so I don't get dog walked by GonzalezGamer(RealKJ)2014 whos playing Suiryu and moving around like he has a squirrel in his shorts.

honestly as a Garou main myself, I like playing with him and for the right reasons. I’m no try-hard, sweat, or toxic. I’m js tryna do my best while using him due to the moveset. Its good, sure it’s hard to hit ur opponent sometimes but it has its advantages. Like literally Final Hunt can’t be Death Countered lmao. U could perform inescapable combos on them and the invincibility is great too. And thanks to the fact u have to keep close to them, it’s not always hard to hit them and even with Prey’s Peril being a counter move too, and the finishers can give health back thanks to his passive. I agree with the points u made. I may not be the best Garou player but I’m still happy using him overall since he’s the first character I really liked using in TSB.

There's no other character that extends their front dash after 4 m1 and comes up with garantee 60% DMG combo but just Garou. if you know what you're doing, it's almost up to your muscle memory and ping. The techs of garou move aren't even designed to be played that way in the game. Some bugs and glitches people could possible find only work well on Garou for the most part.

I use him sometimes but personally don’t like others who use him, they are either toxic and sweaty, or toxic and overconfident. It’s very rare to find a nice one.

garou has a counter, decent damage output with only 3 moves, hunters grasp is so easy to extender and very fast cooldown, s on moves, fast m1s, and free hp this makes him so good but still i use saitama lol😅

Something i dont get is why they block so much. I will play genos, and they fail to realize that 3 of his 4 attacks are unblockable. On ranked 2 different garou's and like 5 saitamas ragequit after they couldn't just hold block and wait for me to slip up.

Bro this vid was amazing but you forgot that alot of players (i included) di twisted combo that is inescapable (unlees you ragdoll) wich Is why some garou players dont like him theres a saying thats like waste your ragdoll on garou ggs its over for you so thats why some people hate him and it also gives satisfaction when you hit an insane combo yeah 👍

​@@kristopher3623Actually I meant twisted that literally one shots and a one shot is hard to pull off and your basically dead if someone hits twisted on you without ragdoll but some combos are escapable without ragdoll cause they don't one shot so that was what I was talking about when I said that inescapable combo on garou that one shots

Garou actually have the second best ult because you can final hunt death counter, genos ult(every move), sonic ult(every move), metal bat ult(every move) tatsu ult(every move) atomic samurai(every move) this makes it the second most oppiest ult
