Hi Sir , I have one question related to noticed period , could you please clarify : Per example a ) if we not willing to service notice period then we have to buyout b ) I am on bench I put resignation with 3 months notice period then after 2 days company released me early then company will pay shortfall days or not ? Because company breaching it's own terms and conditions right , could please clarify . In this case company will not willing to pay to employee and simply related
