They are pushing us to work 15hrs a day , will get calls regarding to issues Even in Weekends.Complex coding work they are assigning to a NON-IT background fresheners Without even giving 1day of training. TCS also have work pressure . They ask associates to come and work on Saturday , just to get billing from client showing them some stupid work. Hikes are very bad. Work life balance is same as other companies. Lot of backend politics . Yes, people sit on bench for more days, but with lot of stress from resource management and HR. There are cases , where resource management blackmailed the associates to leave, in case they don't accept few project which they don't like due to some location or project issues.

They don’t know how to talk 3. development activities are zero, since its a support and service based firm. You will end up with outdated skills or no skill set. 4. Salary is very less 5.
