Thanks for the video. However, in almost every job opening posted by FAANG/top PBC companies, i see a set of requirements asking for experience in specific languages and framework. As a result, someone who has not worked on the tech stack, doesn't get their resume shortlisted.

Is it a good choice to do competitive programming to boost up my resume so that I could stand out in this tough job situations. Will company's give same preference for both candidates where one knows DSA only & second one knows DSA and good at CP. As an employee should I do CP now ? @@rosemariaroy3185 yes, you can try for sde1 positions, showing strong personal projects. Moreover you can try to switch internally or to some startups. There is no hard and fast rule to directly jump to FAANG.
