I don't think target age group was the reason for failure it was a very clever move to target a more engaging audience but the problem according to me was that it didn't had that appeal to people which would make it stand out and make people switch to it . None of my friend use it for chatting, just made account no one used but beacuase of space issue due to unnecessary whatsapp forward every one Uninstalled it and we just forgot it .
