ok about tips it deend culture, in America the salary of a witress s very low, because the service is not included in the bill so yeah American give good tips, but i many other country the price of the services is inclluded in the final bill so no tips or small one.

Hi Sizzy Kelly, I actually plan to marry a filipina woman, she is the sweetest girl ive ever met and has her teaching certificate. Shes very poor though, from Biliran. We have video chatted quite a few times now but she has been having seems complications with sickness, sore tooth and poor living conditions as she is staying in Cebu while away from home. She was actually supposed to return home today but fell ill and cannot carry her things. Im so conflicted because its still a couple weeks before my passport is renewed, and I have not met her in person yet so there is a small chance im being scammed. She has been very open with me about her past, claims to have bedded with 1 foreigner already who left her broken hearted and returned to his ex. I want to love and care for her in every way, but she does not want me to pay for anything until we at least have met. I believe times are hard in the philippines and she is telling the truth. im not perfect myself so im not going to judge her for past failed lovers and attempts to improve her situation.. i really just need some support, or someone to listen. :(

Wel check some Belgium Movies ,in Belgium we not give tips ,its in some places even a offend to give tips ,becouse we contented when the pay the bill ,we know its already hard enough becouse the taxes and so on to come around with the money ,ok we have big money but we also have here big prices (rent,food,electricity bills ,etc...) if you get 2000 euro a month you pay meabe 1800 on bills and food already

The issue with contraception is because the Catholic Church doesn't like the congregation to use them. Because you shouldn't be having sex outside of marriage. Therefore married couples shouldn't be using contraception. No sex before marriage. This is probably why in the Philippines they won't allow divorce and prosecute adulterous people.

Actually his comment makes me wonder if he has ever been to Philippines. Birth control ban has very little to do with PRE marital sex. The catholic church supports more children then the parents can support, but don't do anything for the poor. And divorce is almost legal in Philippines. The persecution of adulterous people is also wrong. The husband runs off with younger woman, so you believe the wife should spend the rest of her life alone? Visit the Philippines, learn the life, and talk to the people before you make up your mind. The real population problem IS the catholic church, maybe why their memberships are dropping so fast.
