No, they are not but as far as the research goes it has some weight that Filipinos may have descended from Joktan the brother of Peleg whose father was Eber where the Hebrew people came from. In other word they were our first cousins by blood. Joktan in Hebrew language means small that is why we might inherited the physical stature of Joktan.
