There's a good chance this is the reason game developers don't listen to our feedback when it comes to FPS Games.

Rather than ADS, why not add an alt-fire instead? do all fps need to be the same that way?

Where are all your good movement tutorials? :/

Due to deciding to switch the direction of the channel and move away from apex content, I've privated them to help speed up the process. Hard to explain but those video unfortunately make the transition significantly more difficult >.

@@jonei no apologies needed. Lately I was more or less consuming every tutorial from you and put them into a playlist and just when I wanted to start my journey they vanished haha :D Thank you for your explanation :)

What I don't get is why add all the good stuff to mobile and not console or pc?? They fixed audio(by adding a visual to show u what direction it came from) in mobile and added neon reticles(Rip my shreksy pink one ;~~;) back that you can customise and actually SEE! +loads of other good ideas that are wasted on a mobile game.. Its almost like they r doing it to laugh at us xDdD Also your game looks interesting!

I think the reason they do that is because it's cheaper to do and less risky from an executive perspective. Not to mention there tends to be significantly more players on mobile games compared to console/pc so they probably have less concerns about splitting populations and dumb things like that lol. But thank you so much for watching!! Hopefully I can make something of quality >.

@@jonei Thanks for taking the time to reply! Do you think there is any hope they will add neon reticles to pc again? In the reticle page it says colour at the top and it looks the same as a menu that u could switch to a different page, rekn this could mean they want to make it more customisable in the future like mobile? xoxo Love ur content, uve came so far! I rate the way you make ur own music for it, I make my own music too!

mobile games are almost always outsourced to smaller 3rd party studios that do their own thing. Cod Mobile is developed by TiMi, a chinese studio owned by Tencent. Apex Mobile and Pubg Mobile were developed by Lightspeed Studios, another chinese studio owned by Tencent.

Lmao TRUE! Ngl though I kinda hate glaives in D2 >_>. Seem so lame to me for some reason. Maybe it's because I hate special ammo lol

@@jonei I never got to try them, I stopped playing destiny around when they came out, as the grind was too much and too unrewarding for me. And the devs started messing around with core mechanics/feel of the game soon after which was even more deincentivising. But outside looking in, glaives seemed kind of awkward, like they weren't quite there yet. Giving it a quick thought, swords work well in destiny because of the switch to 3rd person. Glaives probably suffered some from staying in 1st person view. Awkward looking melee, awkward/inconsistent looking shooting mechanics. I feel like melee in a lot of fps' are awkward. One of the things that stood out and I enjoyed when I first started playing apex was that the auto-locking melee made it feel consistent and reliable. It may have been a little too strong, but whiffing melee's, especially at close ranges just feels far more unpleasant. It breaks the illusion and highlights that your sense/perception of depth isn't as solid as it feels in the rest of the game, at least for me anyways. I guess to tie it all back to the staff, maybe it just needed to be implemented in 3rd person? Some mechanics/weapons just, at least in my experience tend to feel better in 3rd person. Don't think theres a need to limit it to 1 or the other if you get it to where they are used aptly. So like outside of the glaive destiny does this well. So like dash's, class abilitys, supers, swords are all good and natural uses of 3rd person in destiny. If I remember correctly I think the Metroid Prime games used first and 3rd person gameplay elements well too - but that was also pitched as a first person adventure, rather than an fps. Rather than deciding on a singular perspective, it's probably better to let the feel ie gameplay mechanics, elements, weapons dictate those decisions and use what fits best for the situation...
