But sir for second half cycle current first flow through neutral then goes to phase through the motor,so in this case how does the fuse protect the motor?

Neutral Circuit mein return path provide karta hai. Jo current phase se jata hai wo neutral se return aata hai and Circuit complete hota hai..

Hello Pragya. Nahi koi dikkat nahi hai. Bt dono jagah fuse lagake spare kyu waste karenge. Isliye bus phase mein hi lagaya jata hai. And fuse lagane ka jo purpose hai, wo phase side lagane se hi fulfill hota hai.
