You are so right. I remember in highschool I had a friend who was dominican. She was naturally curvy and had a big butt. And she would get teased and called "cow butt". Even by some of the guys. That was 20 years ago. And now her body is considered to be the "ideal" body of today. Women are running to surgeons to get a big behind. SMH. We women should love and take care of the body God gave us. Just workout and live a healthy lifestyle.

I gained a bubble butt from the gym. 3 to 4 times a week sometimes. That hip thrust and cable kicks worked magic on my butt. Best part it looks natural and proportionate with the rest of my body. Ladies try the gym. It is physical therapy but I find it is also mental therapy. I love it and for the first time in my life absolutely love my body. Self care. ❤

I’m a nurse and this summer alone I’ve had 3 patients who had botched Brazilian butt lifts out of the country (DR and Colombia) that almost killed them and left them with HUGE, deep wounds and sepsis that almost killed them. Also 1 breast augmentation done in Colombia with same results. It’s so sad to see how devastated, embarrassed and depressed these young women feel while dealing with this stuff. It’s awful.

A friend of mine died on the table of Cabral in the DR after getting the surgery. They didn't even have the decency to contact her family. Her family found out through social media from another woman recovering at a sleezy hotel after getting a bbl. What's even sadder is the fact that he was booked solid after her death. Even after the news spread of her death, women lined up to see him.

I used to do bottle service and all the girls had procedures I was the only natural one and they’d look at me with disgust and urged me to get procedures even asking to take me to their surgeon. I come from a family that doesn’t encourage surgeries that aren’t medically needed. I’m thankful I stayed true to myself even under pressure. Women are under immense pressure to look a certain way. Whether you get the surgery or not you are judged. Love yourself ladies! You are enough! ***Edit*** No one touches u in bottle service. U have as much access to a bottle girl as u do any server in a restaurant. If u touch a girl u get thrown out. U already bought the bottle and a girl doesn’t need ur tip that bad. We had huge bouncers everywhere. Society and culture pressure women. ALL AROUND THE WORLD people have something to say abt womens bodies Just walking down the block multiple ppl harass women or have something to say abt their body. ANYWHERE in the world this is the reality as a woman. And if u think men don’t pressure women ur delusional. I’ve had weirdos ask me if they could pay for a cosmetic procedure which I always declined. Now I’m happily married to someone that’s not shallow or superficial and realizes we will age and die and wants to grow old together.

They explained the dangers of getting back alley bigger butts but they didn’t explain the REAL danger of even BBL’s done by professional doctors. So I will……. The glutes have A LOT of tiny veins that most of us don’t know about but trust me they are there. So even when fat is transferred correctly there’s ALWAYS a risk of the fact getting into these small veins and traveling to other places. DANGEROUS places…. Causing death. That was the short but accurate reality of BBL’s even those done by the best.
@junemai8036
@junemai8036 2 жыл бұрын
Well the fat is added inbetween your already existing fat.. with the vein beign closer to the skin, its rare this happens... how ever most bbls are done with ultrasound so doctors can see exactly where the fat is going.. to avoid going below the muscle or too close to the skin

I’ve gotten plastic surgery after massive weight loss (tummy tuck and skin removal from my arms) and I lost my butt from the weight loss. I seriously considered a BBL and as much as I trusted my doctor, I just could not go through with it. It’s the most dangerous plastic surgery and I hear if they accidentally inject into a vein in your butt you can die immediately on the table.

Yes I have plenty friends who died, from this, since I was young up until my late twenties I'm back in the days people were putting Cork (that should use on the top) in their bodies because they couldn't afford the surgery, and video girls too some of them have died like 3 years ago this trans named Barbie she was in a lot of videos and she just died and everybody gagged but when that poison from whatever they injected mistakenly goes into other parts of the body and poison the bloodstream and so forth

The fact that the black market hyaluronic acid is $2,000 and the pharmaceutical is $800,000 is just another display of the endless greed of big pharma. 400x the price is absurd and unjustified and a big reason why many of these women are dying.

@@psykloneja buddy, I can literally buy 2 ounces of HA powder on Amazon right now for $25USD. The black market guys are buying the same thing (but cheaper bc they buy in bulk) and dissolving it in (hopefully sterile) water then charging a healthy profit, which isn't cheap unless you compare it to the extortionate big pharma prices. Again, it is HA, not silicone*. Also, shilling for big pharma makes one look naïve. Luxury, yes, but within reason. And it isn't only luxury items that they've priced desperate people out of either. I hope Kim Kardashian one day discusses the side effects of her surgery which she "doesn't have". So many people are hurt or dead because of her and Kylie and Khloe. Everyone said "there's no silicone" in her butt. Of course...it's fat! And she paid the $800K for this most likely. Crazy....can't wait for this trend to die out.

I wonder if they’ll follow her off a cliff? Do you really think she and her sisters are responsible?

It’s not the Kardashian’s fault if someone decides to get a BBL. Grown women make grown decisions. If you as an adult choose something, you are responsible for the consequences, not a celebrity. They may have helped popularize this, but they don’t control what other women do. If the other girls get BBLs, they are getting them because they want them, and there is nothing wrong with that. Also, I don’t foresee this trend dying out.

How are ppl dead because of Kim and Kylie? Are they not adults using their money to get the body they want just like kim used her money to get the body she wanted

ladies, it's not directly their fault. but it's moreso the fact that they started the trend. ultimately, followers will be followers and leaders will be leaders....but they are all selling a lie and made millions doing so while a bunch of people die trying to "Keep up with the Jones's". same with nicki minaj.

@@r.3559 they didn’t start BBLs. Those have been around for a while and were started by a Brazilian cosmetic surgeon in 1960. Also, they aren’t selling a lie. Everyone knows they had work did, and clearly it worked for them. How is that a lie? And how are they making money off of other women choosing to go get these procedures? Are the surgeons giving them a commission? If people die from these procedures, that’s tragic, but it isn’t the fault of the Kardashians. Just because someone is famous doesn’t mean they are responsible for the choices other people make or the society in which they are also reared in.

I'm going to get a BBL in the future, but I'm doing it in Dallas Texas (which I only live an hour away from) and google said that in Dallas it cost between $4,000 and $7,000

In a hundred years time, mummies from this generation will only have plastic left in the coffin. People then will think plastic was a genuine human part.
