It REALLY won’t. His angsty teen self, Archer Gil, maybe, but True Gilgamesh? His majesty isn’t someone to be underestimated. If you play through FGO, you’d understand. He’s a Bro. It just took him being able to give his treasures to his people, and truly taking up his position as a king. In the end, he’s willing to sacrifice himself to save others, and his character arc is complete. This by the way as actual still alive Gil, not one summoned to embody a particular facet of him. Caster Gil is basically that version of him, true, but it’s an important distinction.

6:54 Quick correction even though the video is so so old, Gilgamesh states after dying 12 times no god shall accept you anymore. Meaning that after dying 12 times Hercules will lose his divinity, that's why he was able to break out of the now normal sturdy chains through his sheer strength. However, if your divine with A+ / B+ just forget about breaking out of them because it won't happen. If your strength is 10 then the chains will be 20, you won't escape.

CatSoupLover simply seeing the future is a downplay of Sha Naqba Imuru, Sha Naqba imuru was literally Able to see the end of time itself. With Sha Naqba imuru gilgamesh is able to see and understand the optimum way to defeat any enemy but his pride won’t allow him to use it. As caster Gilgamesh he is bit relaxed with it, using it to a very little amount when he deems necessary but still he never fully utilise the true capability of Sha Naqba imuru

I'm just going to comment on Divinity... Divinity is similar to Mad Enhancement, it increases parameters. So if you sealed away Gil's Divinity, you'd drop his parameters. So let's say he has A rank strength with Divinity (probably wrong, but this is an example) then he'd have B or C rank strength without Divinity.

The same reality that contains an infinite number of universes and timelines. The same MoonCell which BB used to get her "fuck everything I don't like" ability and Kiara's "fuck everything, literally" ability. And MoonCell feats are applicable for everything else as well, since the MoonCell isn't a "digital world" in the way that something like Digimon or Sword Art Online are digital worlds. The MoonCell Automaton's world is just like the Earth's world. They're both layers of reality placed there by the MoonCell and Gaea/Earth. If a feat works in one, it works just as well in the other. That's why when people say "CCC feats don't count, that's video game digital stuff" I just have to reboot my brain from the stupid. Fat L's due to Heavy Plot Armour as you get with many OP villains that are actually much stronger than the one's that end up defeating them. Gil's biggest weakness is himself in terms of his arrogance and pride. Nothing else even factors in. He's got the tool for every situation so it's just a case of him being serious enough to bring out his full potential or not. But look, at the end of the day, we're all entitled to our own opinions. If you feel like Gil's losses were legit and not due to Plot Armour then sure, be my guest. All I will say is that the King of Heroes is canonically stated to be the strongest servant in the Nasuverse along with being able to end Holy Grail Wars on a whim. Make what you will of this info.

Avalon is not something to call fodder. Despite being incarnated Gil was still summoned by the Grail so it does have influence over him which was why Dark Sakura was actually even able to eat him. Against Shirou it was obviously his pride and arrogance that was his downfall. In other word his most legit loss was in the Fate route against Saber using Avalon, the OP sheathe.

He may not have shown that many insane feats in it, but in that state, he IS capable of greater feats than his "base form". Gil is very powerful, but there’s quite a few mistakes here. I already covered the Herc and Sefar stuff on your Artoria video, so go check what I said about that. The bit about Herc’s arrows makes it clear that they’re lightning-speed, not light-speed. I don’t see how you can extrapolate that Gil is FTL because of Sefar’s screams. It’s a dimensional attack that has the property of shaking the universe like that, not an actual movement or reaction speed thing. “Anti-World” doesn’t mean what you think it does. It basically only means that it is an effect that cuts through the dimensions or layers of “the world” as a concept in the Nasuverse (which is related to how the Earth is a sentient being). Actual planet-busting attacks are classified as “Anti-Planet” rather than Anti-World. I do want to note that there is an alternate version of Gilgamesh from a separate timeline (Fate/Prototype) with an NP called Enki (as opposed to Ea) which does actually wipe the surface of the Earth using the flood from the Epic of Gilgamesh, but he’s separate from regular Gil. Gil’s Gate of Babylon is the same in all his incarnations besides Prototype so he should have access to the stuff Kid Gil has.

THANK YOU KIND SIR FOR BRINGING UP THE SHIROU LOST! You have no idea how many times I have had that discussion with people with them saying "Oh Shirou had plot armor to defeat Gilgamesh" and while yes Shirou does have armor given to him by the plot that armor is Avalon and like you said so long as the brain is still intact Avalon will heal the user no matter what. People don't want to admit or don't understand that Gilgamesh's greatest weakness is himself. His personality is what gets him in trouble and that's why he can be defeated. We've even seen a Pseudo Gilg vs Shirou fight in the Fate Oath Under Snow movie and saw what would have happen if Gilgamesh wasn't so prideful and used EA. Spoilers Shirou loses. Granted, he did manage to hold back EA using all the swords but even then Shirou's intention wasn't to win it was to by time for Miyu to get teleported away. Anyways rant over again glad you brought those reasons for his losses because it goes to show Gilgamesh is one of the most powerful heroic spirits but his weakness is his own personality.

yeah , besides , it was not even 100% EA. that Pseudo-Gilgamesh had less weapons , but it's pratically UBW Gilgamesh vs Shirou , with a pseudo-gil using the same weapons as UBW Gil in that fight , while Shirou was buffed beyond UBW Shirou , and Shirou still lost.

Yeah but it's bs, Shirou was given what he needed when he needed it and Gil became the main antagonist towards the end of UBW and so he must be defeated to progress the protagonist. Also Gil is made extra stupid in that fight by the plot gods too, being prideful doesn't make you stand there and do fuck all

That fight is kind of one sided since Mori would most likely give gil a run for his money. But seeing as how mori is technically a god I would say gil would win high diff but only if he were to utilize everything in his treasury

@@modeloman4568 I've calc-ed Gilgamesh to be around 729-D due to him escaping the moon-cell's pocket multiverse into actual reality which was another universe and assuming he can replicate this feat again (which he should due to all the moon-cell's possibilities being = to individual universes themselves) he'd be able to raise his existence into the greater multiverse at will if he wishes (which I've calc-ed to be 729-D minimum based off its smaller layers). Gilgamesh's treasury has been confirmed to be infinite multiples times as well so he doesn't have a limit to his treasury and basically should everything and anything that humans can possibly dream of making/ every myth in existence stored in there as a weapon.

However Going off the statements and using feats to keep them consistent (Say a statement Says something about Solar system buster then a feat showing a solar system or higher feat) it’s kinda how it works.
