Same here Maz, can’t be this loud outgoing person who can talk to anyone day in day out like it’s easy, it’ll tire me out and people at my work place expect me to be talkative but I’m quiet and I’ve been there more than 2 months so I should be settled and they’re thinking he doesn’t like us but I just don’t know how to connect with them It’s only a few words here and there that I say to my work colleagues. It’s frustrating

I needed this sooooo much! It’s hard navigating in a loud world sometimes.. but still knowing God is loudly inside, it’s just being okay to know it’s ok to allow God to use you differently.. more quietly, but yet still being used by God.. some ppl think Loud and in front is God.. and quiet and more in the background means you need God .. oddly enough God uses me greatly in ministry of song.. but after that I go back to being introverted. But this sermon has open a lot up to me.. and really has calmed my spirit. The enemy does play tricks with our minds into thinking , your not as vocal like so and so, Thank you. I am anointed to spread the good news. God places us strategically and he does need the introverted in his kingdom as well. It’s crazy .. this sermon …it’s like it help me so much I have *permission* as you said to know GOD HAS NEED OF ME. It’s like it gave me as an INTROVERT PERMISSION TO BE A EXTROVERT, BUT IN A INTROVERT KIND OF WAY😂 THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Im an introvert who loves God 100%. reasons why, okay this whole introvert thing did not come natural to me as a kid and im still a kid I have a reason to be an introvert. people drain my energy it starts from my experience on why I've become an introvert I just cant do it with fake people who were not only influencing me in becoming one of those fake people but leading me astray from the Lord! but then I had to look at myself and say am I doing any better?? if I have to be honest being quiet and cutting people off even if it has to involve your family mum, dad, cousins or friends is much better then killing yourselves, because we never know what the other person is going through your feelings are soo valid that they could damage you by you damaging it even more by being with those people. so I thank the Lord for making me an introvert at 15 yrs olds I am soo blessed to know at such a young age, since this world likes despise of what I am capable of doing. so I just wanna tell you that God sees you and those who hurt you but keep going cause the pain you're going through cannot be compared to the joy that is coming. God bless you, whoever needs prayers just tell me so I will Happily do so! ♥

David wasn't an intervert he was a musician a shepherd boy and a King. What is the topic about? David? Introvert? or what? Proverb states that 'the one isolating himself will fare badly'.

He actually might have been. Many are in the Bible. Moses was too. Thing is, when the Bible talks of many of these men, we forget they are spirit filled most of the times. There are extroverts too but with wisdom we can just tell the different characters. Now of course this should not be an excuse to be prideful but it should be an encouragement. Case and study? Moses complaining about going to Egypt to talk to the Israelites. Most prophets. Elijah retreating to the cave upon Jezebel's threats. Enoch walking with God. Noah.... Building the Ark for all those years! Daniel and the other two, Meshack and Abednego avoiding the meats for the veggies... Introverts seek humility while extroverts seek to be seen. Most times pride brings a fall. Unless boasting of God's glory, which is funny because introverts turn into extroverts when it comes to the WORD. Mostly. Now remember all sin of course. But there is good in each side to God's glory of course. An example of an extrovert? I would say Peter? Always looking to be the show stopper. The best of the rest of the disciples. Samson? He was loud and proud and knew he was blessed but of course always giving God the Glory. Not perfect but wow he did finish well. Many more others. I guess all in all we all have both traits. We however lean to one side more. Let this not be a point of contention but an opportunity for us to rejoice and give God the Glory always!

He may have been an introvert, I’m not sure there is solid proof for it but the things you listed don’t disqualify him from being an introvert. You may have introversion confused with being anti social, it’s a common misconception. Introversion is simply regaining energy from being alone, not hating people or having no friends. Jesus spent time alone with God on purpose, sending crowds away. God loves the introverted too, they tend to be more thoughtful and empathetic than extroverts.

Sigh, people don’t believe every person who wants to twist the Bible to normalize fear! Introversion is rooted and grounded in fear. Introverts spend most of time internalizing. God wouldn’t and doesn’t allow me to be an introvert because my life isn’t all about what I want and how I feel and how I don’t want to speak to someone about salvation because I want to stay at home n read or listen to music.

Mark 1:35 And in the early morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went away to a secluded place, and prayed there for a time. Proverbs 11:12 One who despises his neighbor lacks sense, But a person of understanding keeps silent. Proverbs 17:27-28 One who withholds his words [a]has knowledge, And one who has a cool spirit is a person of understanding. Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is considered wise; When he closes his lips, he is considered prudent. Matthew 6:5-6 “And when you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they will be seen by people. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But as for you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door, and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. Introverts are given the need to recharge alone and they understand that silence is wisdom. They find it easier to pray alone then extroverts do.
