When there’s an opening for her to revolt against Godzilla she’ll take it just like Scylla did. All of the titans submitted and bowed to Godzilla because there was no other option for them. Plus queen MUTO is the last stage before they become a MUTO prime. So I’m pretty sure only young females can be the ones to lay eggs. Like the one we saw in 2014.

As a result, his regeneration becomes extremely high, I'm sure he would be very weak and very vulnerable if a Muto used EMP on him precisely because he depends on his energy to keep his body fully functional. Godzilla easily managed to take one of his heads off during the attack at sea, so Ghidorah doesn't have good armor, but as his metabolism is extremely high, taking damage doesn't become a problem until he faces someone who disables his source.

Emps aren’t blast it’s a huge pulse that you can’t visibly see like say an atomic blast or Ghidorah’s lightning beams. So it’s possible that a Mutos emp attack could work on Ghidorah especially since his primary source of energy is electricity, seeing how we saw in KOTM when he bite down on a generator transformer unit.

I dont think that she is directly loyal to Godzilla since her Species is very destructiv. We see in Comics that other Kaijus arent as loyal like People would think, for example: Rodan did only go back to Hyper Sleep because he had no other Choice than to obey to Godzilla, Titans like Scylla did in fact Attack Humanity Multiple Times again after King of the Monsters but Godzilla always put them back in their Place. Other Kaijus like Amhulak and Tiamet tried the same but got Punished by Godzilla and needed to Obey. It was also said that the Titans did come to Godzilla on the End of King of the Monsters to Fight and kill him but after they noticed that Gidorah was gone and Godzilla took the Place as Alpha, they had no other Choice than to Obey and my Theory is that she did listen to Godzilla and did go back to Hyper Sleep but only because she knows if she waits long engouth and evolve long engouth then she can become a Muto Prime. It was confirmed by the Writer of Godzilla Aftershock that a Queen Muto is pretty much a young Version of a Muto Prime. Maybe she stays on good sides for now with Big G but i dont think that the Queen Muto will stay on his side when she gets a way to stab Godzilla in the back. Small Funfact: The Queen Muto has a Name and is called Barb because of the Barbs on her back

Female mutos in general cant “shove” eggs into anything, they can only lay eggs in a spot they choose, like underground. Only MUTO primes can inject eggs into titans, such as Godzillas. Because they have the most radiation out of any Titan, so easier for the MUTO male and female eggs to grow. Like what happend in 2014. Prime laid eggs inside of Dagon with ovipositors, sharp tendrils that can peirce their scales, and put the eggs in Dagon and then that’s where the mutos in 2014 come from.

MUTO Prime was also female. The Queen hasn’t matured into a Prime yet. Once she becomes a Prime, she can inject eggs into a titan even without a male. It’s if they’re opting to lay eggs that they need a male. Unless the first Prime had stored sperm cells from a previous mating with a male from an earlier time, in which case the eventual Prime remains fully safe to keep alive. Either way, this new Pinkzillla is likely too far out of reach for even Ghidorah and Prime to seriously threaten Godzilla now.

It was the EMP that cut off Godzilla’s atomic breath. Once human interference distracted the MUTOs, they forgot to upkeep the EMP and thus Godzilla regained his atomic breath and was able to retake the fight. The MUTOs still successfully reached maturity.
