Excellent video. My wife had her pregnancy test today. Today is day 10 after transfer. I’m so nervous but thinking positive. Everything on her end on paper looks great. So hopefully they call with good news.

Update and additional question please: I had a 5 day blastocyst frozen transfer and my hCG tested 1137 IU/L on week 4 day 3 (13 days after transfer). Two days (49 hours) later it was 1504 IU/L which is only a 32% increase. Then 24 hours later it was 1971 IU/L. An ultrasound revealed that it is NOT an ectopic pregnancy, and that there is one embryo only. No heartbeat yet, but it might be too early (5 weeks exactly). What does this mean please? Does it mean I will have a miscarriage? Why was my number so high and then I had a small increase? Does it mean the embryo will stay but has a chromosome problem?

Sir I have 2ivf failed... 1st time FET was with 2 4AA grade blastocysts, 2nd time FET was with 2 day 3 embryos with 8cells... Both time ICSI was done... Hi, i had a 10 embroys in that 8 way good , 4 AA embroy was expanded blastocyst, 3 AA expanding blastocyst and 1, 4 BB expanded blastocyst ( 5 days), they had transfer me 1 embroy 4AA but it was failed...can u pls say u it's was not implant... Am so upset

I had a transfer embrio with pgt. Tiene at 6.3 weeks they find a anembrionic sac. What happend??? Is this normal?

The commonest reason for a miscarriage is a genetic abnormality in the fetus, and this is Nature's defense mechanism, to prevent the birth of an abnormal baby. While these defects are often random, they are commoner in older women. This is because these eggs have more genetic abnormalities, because they have "aged" and have genetic defects, which be do not yet have the technology to be able to screen for. During the verification on my 4AB day 5 embryo the nurse dropped the container. Would that damage the embryo?

What container was this ? The one containing the liquid nitrogen ?

No after it was thawed. It was something similar to a petri dish. It was a small square plex slide. I got a positive pregnancy test but my HCG levels did not increase. So it was termed a chemical pregnancy.

Yes, because the HCG is produced by the trophectoderm ( future placenta) and not the embryo. Hello medam my daughter had fresh embryo implantation in fist ivf. She had pragnet with 116.9 hcg level .day by day her hcg 59 .9 . She had miscarriage. She will get the frozen embryo . I don't know her pragnency will continously after take frozen embrio

I’m so sad yesterday I found out my second try for transfer has failed I got my embryos pgta tested it was a 6ab embryo and I just had another hysteroscopy done before this transfer in March of this year my doctor said my uterus and cervix looked good. My uterine lining was 8.5 6 days prior to frozen transfer I just don’t know why it wouldn’t implant.
