NO, IT'S NOT. FACTS are in 2016 Trump won Michigan by just a few votes. That was the FIRST time in 24 years that Michigan voted for a Republican president. Same as Pennsylvania voting for Trump, it was their first time in 24 years voting for a Republicans for president.
