ur right but the problem is scalability and profitability in ambulance services..the groceries section is mass section and ambulance is not mass section plus ambulance service requires huge investment , if it aggregate type business then margin is not there as many sansthas provide free services and hospitals are already overloaded with the ambulance lineup they have

Earlier i was using Groffers but after the rebranding into blink it which claims 10 mins delivery but they have been failed. Forget 10 mins they are not able to deliver the groceries. I always get the error that we are opening the store in your area.

We are putting undue pressure on delivery boys. Let's be human. Even if they claim 10 min delivery let's be patient. Some poor guy has to drive with the package and it's weight via traffic in a two-wheeler to reach us. Respects to the hard working delivery boys.

Big basket is still very slow. i have moved from big basket to grofers now. Even though I purchased bbstar but still the service is slow. Blinkit is very good. Even if I get my order in 15-20 minutes, it is still good. I am not a customer who can't understand the pain of delivery executives of sticking to a strict 10 minutes.

Look at the negative side of quick commerce specially BlinkIT, The delivery boy has to take unnecessary risk of injury or death for supplying in time. Quick commerce will 8ncrease the cost. Opening the plenty of stores will reduce partners margins and will not be financially viable. The BLINKIT will compete among each other with very high operating cost. Logistical challenges will increase and failure will chase away the customers.

Grofers own product are worst and in the name of quick delivery now they are selling all products @ MRP, also one store selling one product @₹44 each and their other store is selling same product @111 each, their vegetables are always stale and very costly , hope either they will improve their attitude or may loose business and close their stores
