Brian, as a paid active melody member for over a year now, please don't change the way you teach, which requires "talking" the way you do. Your ability to provide real, usable, knowledge to the intermediate player that actually does want to know the theory behind the music, is the reason why yours is the only online guitar instruction I do pay $$ for. Let everyone else target the lowest common denominator. There is a need for that, but it is sufficiently provided for. Instructors like you are needed for players who are beyond the beginner phase. Anytime you're talking you're adding a very comforting human element to the presentation and, whether people realize it or not, you're adding additional information in one segment that might not have been clearly or fully explained in a previous segment.
