If you think about it team skull isn't really an evil team. In sun and moon and Ultra sun and ultra moon they are a bunch of jealous deadbeats who are a cover up for the ather foundation. And some of team skull actually help the main character. Such as healing your team in their own base. Leave the password notes around. And let you pass by when they know your really strong. Guzma even helps you against Rainbow Rocket and in Ultra space. He tries to warn you in Ultra space to leave for your own safety. So team skull is definitely not a legitimate evil team. Team magma is the best!
