I love the pork knuckle and crispy crackling....used to get it all the time when visiting Germany. They should do a challenge with 2 pork knuckles, 2 mash and 2 red cabbage inside 30 mins

Hi from Kelso, Washington. How have you been. I think the only challenge that I know of is at stuffys. They have a breakfast dish called the stuff. There's a small, medium, and a large. I do know the large come out on a large pizza platter and is about 8 to 9 inches tall.
