A person doesn't need an attorney to take action in order to solidify in writing any of the ideas Candice mentioned. The only reason I could imagine needing a real estate attorney for is to litigate some issue in a court of law, since that can only be done by a person that holds an active bar license in the state a person's real estate is located in. Yes, paying for legal advice from an expert is beneficial if a person doesn't have the time, or the drive to research the info themselves and, has money to spend. Or, to save time from researching in order to spend that time making money or investing. But, me, I'd like to spend the time once to learn how to do something over and over again for the rest of my life, saving much more money over time than the little bit of money I'd miss out on by researching something myself. Plus, many issues or problems one might think needs to be litigated often only requires a petition, along with written or physical evidence to support one's petition could be completed, and filed with the court clerk without a bar license. And therefore resolving the issue in that manner. I love your content Mr. Gibbs. Please don't take my comments as me bashing Mrs. Patrick, attorneys or this video. Personally I simply didn't agree to the thumbnail title based on the information provided born the ideas discussed. Thank you for sharing this video. It helped me much to know what I do and don't need and thank you so very much for sharing all of your content. I've learned so much that I wouldn't have ever thought about researching and, it's saved me a ton of time and money learning through trial and error.
