It will be interesting to see your modifications. As you say front heavy for hand held use in the field

Thank you for making this video, it’s most informative. I like the clever suggestion of using a 3rd flash to solve the rotation issue! It seems a little expensive to do that but do you think the improvement in the lighting is enough to justify this?

Yes, three flash make enough light and also you can reduce the flash power and longer battery life.

Enjoy your videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I use a small micro four thirds system and am considering this flash would be nice smaller weight. have you tried using just a single light mounted directly in the flash shoe when using outside so it's not so lens heavy?

Dear Brian, Godox MF12 is a very small and excellent flash, but do not have any hot shoe on it and therefore, you cannot use directly on camera. You got to have a flash trigger, Godox X 2T. I do frequently use two units of Godox MF12 with my Sony A6500 and TT Artisan 40 mm macro lens. I uploaded a video on its use few days back. Please watch kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWHSqYefjct_b9E
