If you are blind, and you own a pair of these glasses or are interested in learning more about them, you are welcome to join the Facebook group I created in May. The group has grown quickly, so there is obviously a lot of interest. :) The name of the group is:
Blind Users of Ray-ban Meta Smart Glasses.

This was super helpful, so thank you for making this video. I am also blind, and I recently learned about these glasses. I'm really excited to see where this technology goes and to purchase a pair of my own.

Hey, I just wanted to thank you for making this video. Tomorrow, I'm going to go out and buy these glasses. This was super helpful. I'm blind from retinopathy of prematurity, and so I'm super excited to get good use out of these for lots of exciting things. Aira just announced today that you will be able to call them through these glasses. Happy Fourth!

I am intrigued by how these glasses can assist the blind (I’m not, just interested). Sounds like you have a navigational phone service but you could always share your glasses view with a video call to a friend on WhatsApp or Messenger and they can give you directions and help describe your surroundings. Loved your YT video … enjoy your glasses.

I have glaucoma but I do have near full vision. But I have a high prescription. Ray Ban does not support my prescription, but I think found a third party who has a lab that will support my prescription. I think these are an amazing product especially with the AI features.

Iv been trying to convince my visually impaired aging family members to buy them. I think they are a game changer for disabled people.

I also believe that because of their ease of use, they would be particulary useful for the elderly, who may not be as tech savvy. Thanks for your comment! :)

I am not sure Meta knows what they have here. Based on articles I have read I think they are figuring it out. I suspect Apple will come with glasses but I think they want AR glasses but that would be few years away.

Please get to the point faster. Twelve minutes in and the glasses have barely been mentioned 12:34

Ha, thanks for your feedback. I have discovered that my own personal style is to take a little more time and perhaps describe or explain things a little more thoroughly. So you probably won't find any shorts on my channel. :) I have to admit, however, that when I personally watch KZbin videos, I usually have them on the fastest speed possible.

Skip through the video or speed it up if you are impatient or in a hurry. Every creator has their own unique style, and if they aren't for you, go somewhere else or like I said, speed up the video.

Too many ums and aahs… As interested as I am in this topic, this video is totally unwatchable 8:39

It's a little ironic that this comment was made on my most popular video. :) But anyway, I do realize I say "um" too much, and am trying to work on that. This was one of my first videos, and I think I have improved since then. Thanks for your feedback.

I had no problem with the ums and aahs. It is relatable. This video is great! Thanks for making it

If you don't like how someone speaks, then go somewhere else and watch another video that is more edited into your liking.

You would have not said this to someone you have first met in person. Me mindful and respectful of people on the internet and treat them as you treat them in person. It seems like you need to learn how to give constructive feedback to others.
