According to the EULA, it's allowed so long as there isn't PVP. That said, you would have to spend an ungodly amount of money ($10k+) to "win" and even then most aspects of progression in the game aren't tied to coins.

Hey ThirtyVirus, I was recently hacked and got all of my items removed off of my skyblock profile. I had about 1k hours, and I have tried everything to get my items back. Hypixel forums send me the same copy-paste response as always, and I have no way of receiving help. I think it would be cool of you to use your influence in the hypixel community to get the admin's attention on things like this. All of the people who get wiped and banned every day are left to their own devices, and this would make for an interesting video. Anyways, keep up the quality content :)

Minecraft's EULA states that it's not allowed for pvp type games where you gain a direct advantage over other players by purchasing gems, but Skyblock is more of an individual progression game so it's allowed.

That's a much easier issue to avoid though, the auction house ui has been the same this whole time and most people are much more familiar with it than Shen's auction. The issue with Shen's auction is that it looks a lot the regular auction menu, but actually serves a different purpose. Sorry to hear about you losing the 250mil still, hope it didn't take you too long to get it back

yes it sucked loosing that but what I did was got a slime minion setup and quit for about 5 months and in that time focused on school. and got almost all of it back, but I feel both a major issues becuase I did not want fd boots to go for 10b I think there should be ranges for certain items and give a aprox value (they can use museum value) that cant be to far above or below and that would solve this issue same thing applies for shen just make a cap and if it goes over the cap adding a are you sure@@forbandyson8921

Is the bidding system in Shen badly designed? Yes. However is there detailed info about what are you going to do? Also yes. Should you be careful when you are manipulating with significant sums or valuable items? Definitely. Is this entirely the players fault? Undeniably. Is "begging" (I am sorry but what is happening around 16:00 is just grown up begging) admins to refund something because you made a mistake setting extremely bad example for everyone watching and objectively a bad thing? Yes, and it honestly feels like so beneath the standard anyone over 10 years old. I understand why are you upset, and I would definitely be too in your situation. But don't do this.. Just take the L as we all did somewhere through our skyblock playthrough and move on with your pride intact.
