Check and recheck the transmission fluid levels and if its leaking. My company lost 24 out of 40 2023 gmc 10 speed transmissions on our leased fleet. The majority of them were due to fluid being low because of leaks and some had the transmissions serviced and they didn't refill the fluid properly. GM honored the warranty on every single one

I have a 2022 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton with the LM2 3.0 Duramax and just love it, 30+ mpg on the highway no problem. I don't need a heavy duty and this one fits my needs exactly.

Can't go wrong with the duramax. Good riding, lots of power, good acceleration, and smooth. My only gripe is that they are harder to work on than the cummins in my experience. I would take that over replacing the failing lifters on the 2019 and up cummins trucks though.

Got to say I am very impressed with the new Ram trucks and these new GM's, the one thing I'll hand ram is it just feels more comfortable. But truth is I want the Dually Silverado single cab just like this one. For hard hard construction work the best choice for me was ford. But as I get older I realize the "best" is not always about the most power and capability. Sometimes the less capable has its "smarts" and wisdom too. Don't overload your stuff and don't abuse it. It's like the benefits of an older 5.7 tbi Chevy truck. Weak, slow, and less capable in rough stuff than ford. Maybe not more reliable either. But when old...the ease of repair and lower parts price says something cause both will be old, worn out, and have to fixed and rebuilt. That's when you see the difference. The Duramax is strong enough and he's been consistent the longest now. Ford is a beast and over powered and most buyers over stress them in the fleet world. I think I'd be willing to try a GM. Toyota if they made a diesel 1 ton.

Hello Sir, I tried the banks cold air intake in my 2022 Chevrolet 3500 Duramax and I am sorry to say the parts in particular the airbox did not fit and would not retain properly in the truck(even after part numbers were confirmed) A GM dealer diesel tech installed it and the air box would not stay put, ended up wasting 500 in labor and I returned the cold air intake, I tried everything and so did the gm dealer and the mechanics. I was very disappointed and would not recommend it what so ever. I cannot speak to their other products. Beautiful truck man! by the way I have great luck with S and B map sensor relocation kit.
