Why I bought the 2024 Corvette E-Ray over the Z06

Something to note about the Z06: 0-60 in 2.6 seconds with the available Z07 Performance Package! Which cost an additional 9k, and carbon ceramic breaks cost 9k as well. With the E-Ray is just 2.5 seconds or less as is rolls off the showroom floor.

Great review sir! I’ve owned a 2023 Stingray 3LT for the past 2 years and loved it until I test drove the Z06. I’m now waiting for my 2024 Z06 3LZ😊. I hear you on the ERay but it sounds like the Stingray while the Z06 sounds, looks, and rides more like an exotic. And the quad exhaust is just beautiful

I wanted the American Ferrari, Z06 the most. I believe the LT6 will be last great NA engine and wanted to hear that engine scream behind me. I put myself on MM Z06 waitlist. The E-Ray reveal intrigued me and decided to put myself on MM E-Ray waitlist. I would be happy and satisfied with whichever one I could order first. Honestly, the E-Ray as a grand tourer fits my driving style better. Also being able to order my spec was a must. An E-Ray allocation at MSRP fell into my lap from a small California dealer late May. I expect my 3LZ Riptide Blue to be built next week. Hopefully driving it home early August. Can’t wait for my performance hybrid.😉😉😀

I’m in 3000 status for the E-Ray, I went through the same analysis, best bargain for the performance and wide body look, I will add a Borla Atak exhaust and cold air intake for mods same as my current 21 red mist 3LT Stingray which I love.

I just a call that a local dealer had 3 ERAYS. They sat for a week and sold. I wanted a ERAY when they first announced but the price drove me out. The price is to close to the Z06 and I think the z06 will hold value better. The deal breaker for most people is the the ERAY comes with the $10k Carbon brakes

I don't know how you figure the Z06 will hold more value, when both are just now hitting the ground. Z06 is a nice car, but I think people are just in love with sound of the this car and the history. But the new models, hmm...look at the 23 model for now. That is the tell all, but I mean...everyone gets an opinion. on the subject.

Theyre both over priced above msrp so neither are a deal. Only the stingrays now can be had at or below msrp.

They are out of your budget, not everyone... Also, the Z06 and the E-Ray are not priced above MSRP everywhere. I got my E-Ray at MSRP, watch the video.
