You can use the ring of steps along with the platform. I use the XL and run the strap under the button for the ring of steps.

Cool!! I like the ring of steps as an additional set up to extend ability to move around the tree. Just not sure if I want to carry it. 🤷 thanks for the comment and suggestion! Merry Christmas!

Thoughts on adding an aider onto that platform and use the platform to climb? Maybe add a cam cleat or daisy chain?

I’ve seen some people climb with the platform but I have never tried it. I did end up getting a daisy chain and like it much better.

I Just bought this platform to go along with my EWO Ultimate One Stick but, as far as "Packs" go you should def. check out the Latitude Ranger 11 or the one I Personally went w/ the Latitude Ranger 22... it's made for Saddle Hunters. God Bless!!!

You are Correct. It’s the GRIT workhorse platform. From a design standpoint This is basically the “big box” version of the predator platform with a powder coated finish and a different stomp pad.
