Why I buy Samsung Q990c Soundbar?

Why did I buy this soundbar? And how I feel after using it for a few weeks.

I purchased the Q990C bar late last year. I upgraded from the Q990R soundbar. It is better , however, there are a couple of things I am not completely satisfied with. The sub seems to still lack bass , like the 990r and the treble I find I need to put down on -6 because the sound seems very tinny sounding , mainly for when I use the bar for music, I think this unit is great for only movies and not all that great for music. The rears have improved with volume levels. I find that I have to set all of the volume levels on the main bar , I put on 0 level but keep the centre speaker up on 6. It does sound slightly muffled for movies with the voices in movies and when I turn on the voice enhances up , I find the tinny and too much treble problem again. It is a very good product, don't get me wrong. . However I was a slight bit disappointed with it considering how much newer the bar is

I got it from Lazada in Malaysia. Just search for the lowest price during sales. Upcoming one should be the payday on 25 April

How do you like the voice amplifier on that q990c? Does it improve voice during action movies?

I have the Active Voice Amplifier ON all the time. The dialogue did sound very clear in all kind of movies

does it still sound good at lower volumes I heard it in store and it sounded really good loud

Sounds good at lower volume as well. Most of the time, I listen a lower volume
