I learnt on a Talaria, once you get on to the balance point, it becomes so much easier and fluent. Learn to wheelie on any bike and you’re be comfortable getting the front end up on anything. Takes hours of Practice. I can’t speak on a clutched bike, but wheeling is wheeling.

Just insane for me this thing, i often travel through one of the 50 most dangerous cities in the world here in Brazil and never saw anything like this, even here where I live in the border region with Uruguay that is considered "dangerous" due to the amount of gun traffic and faction wars it is way safer than the average US and European big city.

i really love his answer talking about what would happen to his ride and how the younger riders start to lead. totally reminded me of growing up on dirt bikes, trail riding. the dads lead for a long time until us kids got to around 15 to 18 then we started leading and were encouraged to do so by our dads. when the people who start those rides allow and encourage that growth and passing of the torch. those rides take on a life of there own and live on past the ones who started them. at least thats what happened with my crew. REALLY good answer for that kids question. put a smile on my face lol

Thanks Brian. I’ve watched a lot of your videos to learn stunting at a ripe 36. Watching your attitude and demeanor towards the public has helped with my image here. I’m in a small town. Sport bikes alone are seen as nuisances. Much less the guy riding wheelies and doing stoppies. Watching some of the ways you interact with people and learning has gotten me a small amount of favor around here. Friday is my day to really cut up and a lot of people smile and wave. People have started pointing with grins on their face saying hey it’s that dude. To know that joy was much needed my man. Like you said when a kid tells you to put it up. You don’t leave them on seen. That smile and cheer will melt you everytime. Thanks again

quick tip to learning how to deal with balance point fear. I've never wheelied a motorbike but i've built a mountain bike and taught myself how to wheelie it. I've looped out from my own error, a snapped chain, a snapped brake cable, road surface you name it. i just get back up and try again because guess what, risk of injury is very low on a pedal bike. i'd say 90% of the time i looped out i'd land on my feet, the other 10% i'd land on my back. i'd always wear a backpack with clothes in it as cushioning when i learned because it completely took my fear of smashing tarmac away. With a motorbike i'd say it's similar in that you'd feel better in full gear or something to protect you from the fall, also practicing intentionally looping out (preferably with crash bars and skid points) will help the mental of 'oh shit, my bike!!' and the more confidence you gain, the better. Also loosen up. the worst thing to do when performing any trick or stunt is to be rigid and tense. you have to relax and take your time. overcorrecting probably takes the majority of errors when you're new. Lets say you had that one extra degree of lean angle that made you go 'oh shit' and slam the rear brake, well buddy you can expect to hit the ground sideways, flip over the front of your bike or catch a mean speed wobble. or maybe you try and hold on the the bars instead of using your legs as an anchor... well we all know what whiskey throttle is!!

Started on a 1980 Honda CM400T 2 years ago, got a project Suzuki GS850 in my shed, and at the beginning of this month picked up a SWEET 2001 Honda Magna. I've had the carbs out of all 3 bikes. Complete brake rebuild on the Suzuki. I love fixing things so I'm in heaven. Still looking to add a supermoto and a supersport to my road bike collection before I start hoarding dirt bikes. I was in Chicago a few times last week and wanted to come visit misguided but had other obligations, maybe next time I'll make it... Chicago is a huge city.

I feel like the Japan video just came out during a bad time when a lot of Foreign people (Americans mostly) were also causing a lot of trouble with the locals for internet clout all over Japan. So the locals have just been extremely anti-foreigner since then. No clue if you'll ever be able to go back but man that's just some bogus stuff.

The coolest bike trick I’ve seen off an early 2000s video was a high chair rolling burnout. That’s crazyyy

Nearest miss ever. I was going about forty and I saw something shiny in my lane. Dark thirty, around four am. Felt like, I'm gonna swerve this shiny thing. Left lane big median. Grass and concrete. Then I suddenly realized shiny thing was some dude on a e-scooter doing 23mph (scoot till ya die!) Mode. Swerved him so close I could smell his weeed bro! Near miss, would have killed both riders if I wasn't gettin watched over by my guardian angels.

On the balance point part: Yeah it really does take some dedication to learn. I had gotten over the fear of that weightless BP feeling, consistently getting to BP, working on keeping it there, got too spicy and looped. Ripped up my shoulder pretty good. Having a real hard time getting over the fear again, but I'll get there and it'll be worth it. But you really gotta know what you're getting into.

Motorcycles have saved my life, and continue to do so every single day. Straight up honestly, I just struggle with addiction issues in general and riding is something that keeps me sober. You can't be intoxicated trying to balance a 400lb metal machine on one tire. I also need the money I'd waste on those things for gear and parts. Caging the zx6r this winter, hopefully I'll see yall at some rides next year, I'll be practicing. 🤙🤙

For the kid asking for advice to start with motos as his career a huge part of it is personality. There are tons of stunters you can watch on yt but we choose brian bc we like him for him and he puts himself out there. Same with gixxerbrah n fast lane d there’s tons of speed demons and bike showcasers but their personality makes them stand out
