REALLY good answer for that kids question. put a smile on my face lol

Thanks Brian. I’ve watched a lot of your videos to learn stunting at a ripe 36. Watching your attitude and demeanor towards the public has helped with my image here. I’m in a small town. Sport bikes alone are seen as nuisances. Much less the guy riding wheelies and doing stoppies. Watching some of the ways you interact with people and learning has gotten me a small amount of favor around here. Friday is my day to really cut up and a lot of people smile and wave. People have started pointing with grins on their face saying hey it’s that dude. To know that joy was much needed my man. Like you said when a kid tells you to put it up. quick tip to learning how to deal with balance point fear. I've never wheelied a motorbike but i've built a mountain bike and taught myself how to wheelie it. I've looped out from my own error, a snapped chain, a snapped brake cable, road surface you name it. i just get back up and try again because guess what, risk of injury is very low on a pedal bike. i'd say 90% of the time i looped out i'd land on my feet, the other 10% i'd land on my back. i'd always wear a backpack with clothes in it as cushioning when i learned because it completely took my fear of smashing tarmac away. With a motorbike i'd say it's similar in that you'd feel better in full gear or something to protect you from the fall, also practicing intentionally looping out (preferably with crash bars and skid points) will help the mental of 'oh shit, my bike!!' and the more confidence you gain, the better. Also loosen up. the worst thing to do when performing any trick or stunt is to be rigid and tense. you have to relax and take your time. overcorrecting probably takes the majority of errors when you're new. Lets say you had that one extra degree of lean angle that made you go 'oh shit' and slam the rear brake, well buddy you can expect to hit the ground sideways, flip over the front of your bike or catch a mean speed wobble. or maybe you try and hold on the the bars instead of using your legs as an anchor... well we all know what whiskey throttle is!!
