What up Mike, hope I'm not too late, but I'm having coil overs installed as I type this. Hopefully someone has already pointed out what I'm about to tell you. But your strut should be able to be adjusted as well. that ring on the strut should be able to move just as the one on the spring. The ring on the strut also looks as if its missing the locking ring as well. I didn't even finish watching the video when I saw that, I figured it was more important to type this comment. By the way my whip is an 07 E92 coupe (328i), didn't what to deal with the turbos :)… I'm also 2 cities south of you so I know that intersection your speaking of :)...

Did you find a solution for the rear? I've had two sets of Broadway Statics and the rear shocks could be adjusted much lower than yours are. Are you sure they are all the way down? The rear shocks should be adjusted with a preload on the springs as well. Just like the front struts are. BTW, cool videos. Thumbs up

You can easily fix this by adding a spring spagcer, it's made out of some kind of rubber that will compensate the gap you have

space the wheels so the rim pokes out past the fender a 1/4 inch. Then roll the fenders so there is no rub. Rais it to where the fender touches the tire but not tucks. That would be hella clean.
