Why I can't relax (Day off routine)

This vlog made me feel okay and better about taking some time off on things and life. As someone who struggled in the past with working non stop because I felt like I wasn't doing enough, I forgot about my self care/love & had to even write it down on my agenda to remind myself xD It helped! ^^ I can relate for the non binairy segment, as a pansexual guy, I feel like putting light eyeliner and sometimes not, also between wearing light colors or just more of a grungy looks. It always changes lmao. I feel like you could rock those shoes! Your family seems very cool and your dad has awesome vibes. The anxiety may have been the nervousness of seeing your family. Not that things might go badly, but rather that it really will be as wonderful as it was. Dane Cook has a great quote about nervousness "are you really nervous? Or are you just so excited that things might actually be as amazing as they are going to be?"

I think the anxiety stemmed from having things to do. Like when your calendar is overscheduled and you feel like you dont have time for everything. I get this way also. It helps me to breathe and make a schedule for myself so that I give myself ample time to do what needs doing! Like get ready until this time, drive time, store #1 for 30 min, appt, dinner, family time, etc.

Your camera work and editing was great. Music choice is A+. Ashwagandha helps me turn the volume down on anxiety (along with antidepressant). It's working overtime lately, everything is just too much. Trite saying but true: We're human beings, not human doings. Hustle culture is toxic, and IMO counterproductive to being the best version of ourselves. Focusing on the goal, distracts from the journey.
