as a vegan, my reasons for taking up that lifestyle are personal, and when faced with conflicting decisions and values, i also say that the most important thing is to be happy, and do what you can - - example, i don't buy leather straight-up, but in a financial crisis with a do-or-die outcome, had to purchase an older vehicle that was all-leather ;; nothing i contributed to directly, a bit against the "mission", but it was a must at the time - - i'm sure there are "happy" products that allocate collections without direct harm, but even if not, your heart is in the right place, ((and not to get too in to it, i've had to take medicine for my livelihood that was created directly from animal testing, no way around it)) - - TL;DR, you are so pretty, i'm glad you found something that worked

My face literally exploded when I moved to a humid environment 7 years ago, and it was ten times worse than the acne I had during puberty. The worst part was random strangers offering unsolicited advice - someone actually told me to try lemon juice! I tried the 10 step Korean skincare method, but quickly learned that less is more. One takeaway from that lesson was the importance of oil cleansing, which seems weird because we're always told that oil and skin is bad. But it pulls the impurities and dirt out, and you can follow up with a gentle foam cleanser. Now my routine is just a simple cleanse, followed by a vitamin C serum and gentle moisturizer and sunscreen (hugely important!!!). While my skin is still far from perfect, it's made a huge recovery and I don't cringe when I look in a mirror.
