Why I can't stop playing Bandle Tale

7:20 in regards to the recipe book for knowing how to make each recipe, when you pick recipes to host, before you start the party, you can look at the bottom left for each step in the recipe as well as what machines you need for the recipes and you can scroll through them. I spent a lot of time mix&matching recipes to see which of them work well together with different setups. It's definitely a management game in the sense that you have to figure out yourself what works best for what you're trying to do. As an enjoyer of management games, this was actually one of my favorite things about it.

Its funny you commented this, because a few days after I uploaded the video I learned the same thing. I'm not a super fan of it being in the corner like it is but that is just a personal preference thing for sure.

@@Hunzyggthat's true. some people enjoy opening a menu to look up how to do things. I actually prefer seeing it on screen when and where it is relevant.

I fell off pretty hard after Bandle University because it became too hard to track everything. It was so chill and fun in the beginning and then it felt like work.

Its a fun play, however after some time to let it settle after I finished it. I think there are some major drawbacks especially knowing that this will most likely be the one and only release for this game. No updates no future patches or DLCs. No multiplayer. I would still recommend, just some things to take into consideration.

Glad to hear that it's good. Note that riot didn't make the game tho. Lazy Bear did and they have other games like it so maybe check that out if you want more of this game.

I don't get what you are saying about Riot fireing people who made this game? The developer is Lazy Bear and Riot is the publisher. At least that is what is says on the steam page. Did the publisher hire Lazy Bear to make this game? I don't know how they do these things, but I thougt it was the developer that hired the publisher ... just for publishing. I Love Graveyard Keeper, another game by Lazy Bear, so what you are saying might be bad news :(

So what I meant was that Riot Forge, the division of riot that works with outside developers to make games, was all fired. And because Riot owns the rights to that game, Lazy Bear won't be able to push updates for the game. At least, that was my understanding of the situation.

Idk, ill probably wait for a sale, because isnt this game like $40? And ive heard a LOT of negatives about this game, not that its inherently BAD, but things like the menus, or the recipe quest items where you have to run around like a headless chicken trying to figure out what you have to make. And i heard that some recipes for quests, after you make it once, you NEVER need it again, like whats the point of searching and searching for a recipe to then only use it once? These are just things ive heard from other review channels, but despite these things i still love the aesthetic of this game and I LOVE farm I ng games, so im definitely interested! But ill wait for a sale, for sure.
