thanks for this video! I'm looking at graduate programs and University of Vermont came up. Trying to look at perspectives of the school. It would be quite different than the Cal State University I'm currently attending most in terms of climate and diversity, but I'm trying to find reasons to overlook that.

What secrets lie within the halls of UVM that drew Henley in?

may i ask what’s the tuition yearly? for on campus
@henlynch2 ай бұрын
for an on-campus out-of-state student it's about $60k yearly including a meal plan and room/board, but in-state it's about $32k. I got a substantial scholarship which played a big role in my choice to attend

@@henlynch off-topic, but I am transferring to a university in a state that snows. I have never lived in a state that snows before, and I was just wondering, would regular tennis shoes hold up in snow? I don’t think so but i’m not sure. I think I would have to get other shoes. but yeah I was kind of just wondering what snow shoes do you recommend?

Hey! I am considering UVM as an option for my exchange semester, it actually looks dope from what I see on the Internet. Do you by any chance have any info related to my situation? Do you know people who came to UVM just for a semester (I come all the way from Europe so I really need to know I will get at least as much as I invest in this because it is a loot) And a more specific question - how do you join all these adventurous clubs + do you have to pay extra for them (they all look so fun but I am scared I won't be able to afford them)?

i do know students who have come for just a semester or a year, and they seem to have a good time! there's an international student club on campus, and joining clubs even as an exchange student doesn't seem to be a hindrance (I know someone from Australia who joined our club rugby team). some clubs, like sports, have a cost associated with them, but many are completely free! and even the ones with costs can receive financial assistance just by talking to the club leaders. it's all very case-by-case, but definitely an option worth considering :)
