Why I didn't like Sekiro - A Detailed Review and Critique (Minor Spoilers)

FromSoftware's new game #Sekiro - Shadows Die Twice got a lot of praise and even though I think it's a good game, it has its flaws. I didn't enjoy it that much and here is a detailed analysis why. Despite my criticism I understand why people like it so much. I also talk briefly (5 minutes) about the history of the Souls series, esp. Demon's Souls and Dark Souls and what made those games so special, when they were released. So quite a long introduction, but you can skip ahead to about 5:13 min, where the actual Sekiro part begins.
This video seems like a negative review, but my main criticisms are mostly related to personal taste. It's not my cup of tea.
I bought the game myself (for PC) and have completed the game.

► Mistakes:
Tenchu: Stealth Assassins (and the later ones) was developed by Acquire (!) not by Fromsoft. Fromsoft only later co-published some games in Japan and is also listed as co-developer for "Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven" and made an Arcade version called "Shadow Assault: Tenchu".

I show footage of the first 3-4 hours. You see the 2 early bosses briefly and the first boss encounter of Genichiro in the tutorial area completely (I kill him here ). I also show the first 8 mini bosses and some of the fights completely. I also show briefly one late game area (Fountainhead Palace), but you won't see much of it.

I show the first 2 hours and the one early boss (Taurus Demon). I also briefly show a later area (Ash Lake).

I show one of the early boss fights and the final boss of the 2nd DLC (Fume Knight). The Fume Knight fight even almost completely completely.
