Oh wow Amber, I have been a subscriber on your Amber Resells channel and just recently watched your conversation with Courtney online. I felt so bad about your COVID experience! 2020 has been a difficult year, especially from what I have heard your storms in Iowa. I'm in NC, we had some storm damage come through from one of the coastal storms, I had roof and porch damage which also had interior ceiling and attice damage to the house. It was mostly covered by insurance less my deductable.Nothing like you went through, so glad that you weren't harmed, that sounded very scary! I haven't gone out much at all due to COVID this year, I have some issues which would make me risky if contracting it. Though I am not sure, I actually lost my sense of smell and taste in the month of May and had a slight sore throat for a few days as well, my doctor did not have me tested and I eventually regained my senses. I have no idea how I would have contracted it other than from grocery delivery but I sanitize most everything, but who knows. I hope that you and your husband are both feeling much better. Congratulations on your wedding, those were such lovely photos. I wish you much happiness! And fingers crossed on your acturary exaam, I remember how upsetting the last one was for you! I started following your reseller content quite some time ago. Found your places to source very familiar, since I'm also from IA. You've definitely had you share of chaos this year. Glad the wedding plans worked out eventually. We were also hit by the Derecho, we are just west of Cedar Rapids. Our small town had max wind speeds of 126 mph. We're still cleaning up the mess, over 30 trees down and our 100 yr old barn a total loss. Glad you got your house back in order quickly and your repairs covered by your insurance...were still fighting our insurance for our repairs. So good that you guys recovered from the covid infections. Covid also hit our house in November and I'm still off work with complications. On a positive note, I've had a ton of time to work on my poshmark closet. Wishing you a great Holiday season and a much calmer new year.

So glad you were safe during the derecho. I'm from Marshalltow and the derecho was scarier than the F3 tornado that hit us 2 years prior and more widespread damage as our whole town was hit with the derecho. Our small airport clocked 109mph winds. Thought my roof was coming off. Best of luck with your actuary exam results!

Amber, Looking at 2021 and 2022 going forward. I implore you to learn about how to be a 'Prepper'. Being a 'Prepper' is all about using WISDOM and applying it to secure your life and resources for your familly. A small example is learning how to prepare food for long term storage. Sound simple huh. It is like our great grandmothers knew how to Dehydrate Food or Can food. I prefer the Dehydrating approach because it is so easy, economical, fast and takes much less space. For instance, a few weeks ago, I bought a bushel of apples at an Amish market. Today I processed about half and am Dehydrating them. In my pantry I have dehydrated; apples, cabbage, spinach, cilantro, garlic, onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, potato slices and green onions and more to come!! Some of my favorite channels are: Alaska Prepper, Prepsteaders and Provident Preppers. You will learn a LOT and be truly prepared for later years if you have a family to ensure food security for! You looked gorgeous on your wedding day! I love your dress. Simple yet elegant details. My husband and I had a low key wedding day as well. The planning was horrific, everything that could go wrong did go wrong... but the day itself was great! We went to City Hall with closest family & friends then we took everyone out for dinner. I was hoping to have a bigger wedding later, but we took an epic honeymoon and bought a car instead! I had some medical expenses as well. Right now I’d rather put money towards upgrading my ring ;) than a big party that lasts one day. Also after a year or so, people are kind of over the excitement of your engagement and marriage and it doesn’t make sense to have a party like 3 years later. Hopefully you passed your actuarial exam. You were confident you passed last time and didn’t so maybe it’s the opposite this time around?! 😁

I’m from the UK. My daughter got married this summer. 6 People allowed, including her and her husband-to-be. So, them, his 2 kids, 1 maid of honour, 1 best man. A pro photographer allowed on other side of room. No other family members.that was IT!. Not what she planned! But grateful to be married at all in pandemic, and able to find a honeymoon venue for a few days a little later. Christmas coming up. As I was watching this vid I thought of that story. (yours was a MUCH milder version thank god!) is there anyone filming you? or is anyone in the house with you?. the camera going out of focus usually means a presence close to the camera. its used in alot of paranormal investigations. at 13:04 you can see shadows moving side to side on the wall and your dog monty coming to see you can mean he detcts something and could be coming to protect. Im not trying to scare you. lol. i just think that kind of stuff is cool. it kinda intensified when you talked about the derecho. i just started watching your videos and you are a beautiful young lady with alot of confidence and itelligence. keep it up!!
