Why I Don’t Drink

I had a chuckle at this two part video I made because the past me really did not understand non drinkers 🤣 being around them actually made me uncomfortable!
But I see now that it was only because I knew I had a problem I was pretty much acting like Peter Pan over - I didn’t want to stop I didn’t want to grow up.
All I can say about choosing to be sober is that I am HAPPIER, STRONGER, HEALTHIER, MORE PRODUCTIVE, MORE INSPIRED, ENERGETIC.. and still silly, there is still lots of silliness that lives here. 🙂
There is a place for you here, whether you have stopped or want to stop. Know there is support and a whole wide world of amazing fun and beautiful adventures still to be had.
