Window treatments and/or area rugs can be a huge number for a room. If those items are not important to a client or things they don't want, how do you give them a "one number" all in price prior to doing an itemized budget?

We dig into the nitty gritty of this inside the Standard but essentially we use our historical data to estimate the cost of furnishings and present the total cost per room.
