My first entry was at 380$ 1 year ago, i'm waiting 330$ for the second entry and 280$ for the third. If it happens ok, if not, its ok the same. 😅

I may be a bit conservative on my valuation, but I wouldn't touch this stock over 350. People out there who think the 450 price is "underpriced" I wish you the best

Thanks for the video. Both ADBE and ADSK seem to have similar valuations. Are you any more bullish on ADSK? Or Bearish on the price like ADBE?

Pypl has similar revenue & earnings and double fcf. Also I believe the increase YoY is much better. Yet as you say, PE for adbe is around 30 (excuding SBC) and pypl 16. I am not saying that pypl is undervalued, but it is likely possible that even a PE of 24 for adbe could be too much.

I don’t have ADBE nor am I planning to buy, but many tech companies also do a lot of stock based compensation and adobe is not bad in comparison.

Thanks for the video but I don't know why you are so concerned with what others think. Hindsight is always 20/20. Do what you think is right. If these trolls were so smart they would have their own YT channel and would be killing it. If they have the time to piss and moan about your analysis, you then know they are sad little people who have nothing better to do. Keep on keeping on. You will be a very wealthy man one day if you are not already.

salesforce has wider MOAT than Adobe. A smaller company like Canva or Affinity can threaten Adobe business. Salesforce has more entrenched business. Once a company uses salesforce, it is very hard to move to a different provider. Same thing with AWS or Azure cloud. Once you have your servers in AWS, it is difficult to move them to Azure or Google cloud.

Adobe imo is a legitimate value stock rn at its current price because this company is beaten up unneccesarily. I do believe this company will benefit from AI because their AI driven tools are run on non copywrited material which in corporate level, content creators, and artists will be beneficial. Its also a straight up free cash flow business. They generate almost 50% higher free cash flow than net income which is absurd.

I think AI is more harmful wait until instagram or google for youtube or google photos launch there own image enhancing and editing options margins will compress to compete, not saing adobe will disapeare but i think it will lose part of its moat, and if the want to keep their moat maybe their are force to do expernsive acusitions. I see more risk than upside but who knows

Their competitors have gone from bad to ok in the last years, Adobe have also kept on increasing the prices of their services they cat do it forever, at some point it will become so expensive that their consumers start switching to the competitors giving the competitors more money to improve the product.
