I've been against tiktok since it launched. Seeing all my friends slowly using it more has been kinda depressing for me. Specially knowing that it spies on you and is made to shorten your attention span. I've tried to tell them but they just don't care. I'm hoping that people will realize how bad it is and stop using it.

Medito is the best app. No in app purchases, completely free. Take it slow and make it harder over time. The first time I did 20 mins it felt like forever. Now I do 20 mins pretty often and it puts you in another level of meditation
