Why I don't wear shoes at home and the slippers you must keep away from - part 1

In my home we have a custom, we don't wear shoes inside the house.
There are two reasons for this.
The main reason is, of course, to keep things cleaner, specially the carpet - I love a clean and tidy home.
The other reason has to do with the health of the feet - you will see what I mean further down.
Now, do you like your feet and how much attention do you give to them?
Most people I know, don't like their feet and they rather not think about them.
As a result, bunions, hammer toes, toes with little or no mobility, is a common sight in my classes.
This week (and next week), I want to inspire you to love your feet. I'm going to show you how amazing they are and the important job they do.

Thanks so much, I always look forward to your videos. Where I grew up, it was considered poor taste not to wear shoes all the time, I always wanted to run around in bare feet!
