Also there's still one way to get the water back you just need one sponge make the water go far away from the spounge take the water out of the spounge with the water in the furnace now you have 2 water buckets which is an infinite water source

You can also get water bottles and fill cauldrons, or have any water-plant that will generate source block when waterlogged, or have buckets already, as most of the cast do for clutching, and as shown there's actually still many bodies of water because draining everything is an undertaking a bit beyond the manpower or resources of dizzy I think rain also fills cauldrons, I know dripstone can
