Can itake manuka honey with parasite and candida in gut
@GeneralGeorgeS.PattonJr. Жыл бұрын
Hi Peggy... I thought you had climbed to the top of that hill just seconds before turning on your camera, then you said it was honey on your face.🍯🥵🐝 For the past several months I started using honey regularly, again. I used it several years ago & just stopped, I don't even remember why. Since I started using it again I noticed my brain function has increased to the point of where it was 20 + years ago, the fogginess, it's like it was never there, I can think clearly again, not searching for words, you know... I wanted to ask you what you think of raw/unfiltered creamed honey. The flavor of the stuff is AMAZING! Does it have all the benefits of the looser liquid type? This type I use is processed by a company in the U.S. called, Cox's, it's very thick like melted caramel candies. Thank's for the great video.

I have suffered from severe sinus issues for 20 years. I have been to multiple doctors with no help during that time. I am now into my second month of consuming honey daily. I probably eat around 3 tablespoons a day. I have seen a remarkable improvement. It looks like I am on my way to a full recovery.I hope I am never without honey again.

I love the energy and passion coming from you as you explain the benefits of eating raw honey. I have always been a very health conscious person and took up beekeeping as a way to improve my health through raw honey. Im up to 50 bee hives now and am always amazed by these remarkable little creatures. Raw honey with pollen and propolis and royal jelly is a powerful boost for one's health. One thing I would suggest though is that you find out where the beekeeper has his hives placed. The further away from pesticides and toxins the better or the honey will be tainted with it.
@jadeaitken37212 жыл бұрын
Can't agree more, always be sure the hives you source honey from are placed in a remote/eco-friendly location. I have had honey that came from near an oil refinery and compared to most honey it tastes rough and toxic, and goes down leaving my stomach uncomfortable.

I agree completely. Since I started buying raw unfiltered honey and having it daily my digestive system has been a lot better and I've also slimmed down a bit. I am very happy!! I don't believe the "sugar lie" either. Young, slim people usually eat lots of sugars/fruit/sweets etc with no problem. Something changes at some point, but I believe it's not so much that we have to stop eating those things but that we have to heal and return our system into one that can process them the way we used to.

@John Dough Well it’s certainly not bad for you and cheap enough. Bees are pretty powerful and much needed by us. A United Nations report states that, of the 100 crops that supply food to the majority of the world, 70 need bees to produce food. Nuts, berries, apples, avocados, melons, peaches and grapes all need bees for pollination. An estimated half of the food in grocery stores would disappear without bees. And, all you coffee lovers would have to say goodbye to your favorite drink. No more dairy Like the vegetables listed above, much of the food that dairy cows consume is pollinated by bees. Dairy cows require a complex diet and consume almost 100 pounds of food per day! Their main staple is alfalfa, which needs bees to pollinate. Dairy cows are also a big source of beef. So, without them, the cost of beef would skyrocket! Seem like powerful little buggers to me.

Ah I love you! You alway spread such grounded and helpful information. I love honey too! My favourite thing about it is how calming it is and how different it can taste depending on where and what the bee's feed on. My favourite honey at the moment is tea tree and red gum that I get from a local market. Both tea tree and gum are native to Australia and are very antiseptic. It is such strong honey, you can feel it 'burn' in a very calm soothing kind of antiseptic way. I'm just a massive honey geek.

Hi Peggy, Yes, I have a mid-morning snack every day that includes raw, unpasteurized honey spread over about four flat (plain) rice cakes sprinkled with cinnamon. I don't know if that's a good combo or not, but I include it with my tea (or coffee) because it just tastes great. I have two questions though: The honey I use - which I buy from a health food store - is not golden-colored like yours and it's much thicker (not liquid-like, as yours is). Is that bad? Also, is bee pollen of any benefit as well - or is it completely unrelated in its makeup and its use? I could look around on the net for answers in both cases, but I'd rather hear it from you. Thanks as always!!
@GutFeelings5 жыл бұрын
Bee pollen -> amazing!!! honey can come in different forms, it depends on the flowers the bees found and so the fructose-glucose content. Your honey is definitely great too!

Does honey feed candida? Some say its an antifungal, yes honey itself because of the texture, but when u eat it, it gets diluted. For example if you put a spoon of honey in a sourdough bread it will grow faster, meaning that the yeast of the bread ate feeding on honey.

I am embarrassed to say that "No" I do not eat honey, "raw honey" everyday, nor have I for many years. Can you please tell me what is the best kind of raw honey I should add to my diet, I live here in Southern California and I would like to buy from and support our local southern California Bee Famers. I also found your this topic very helpful as I have "type two diabetes'..... Thank you - Lou

Dear Venegas, all types of pure unfiltered honey is great but I would highly recommend Yemeni Sidr Honey.

I’ve added raw honey to my diet (thanks to Saladino) and it’s been the best thing I’ve done! An animal based diet with raw honey has put me in the best physical and mental health I’ve ever experienced. Remarkably I’ve reversed my baldness and my hair continues to grow thicker!

No I dont because I am pre-diabetic and I always thought honey would raise blood sugar levels but after seeing your video I will try taking it

Natural sugar in moderation will not raise your blood sugar level. For example, instead of drinking orange juice, eat one organic orange - orange with seeds. Grapes with seeds etc...

I have a tablespoon before bed. I was having trouble falling asleep sometimes, the honey helps, I fall asleep faster now. I mostly use raw and unfiltered honey by TJO Bees. I also take a tablespoon during the day, sometimes on whole grain toast.
